In the game Schedule 1, you’ll spend plenty of time driving around Hyland Point. Whether you’re making deliveries, transporting products to dealers, or picking up ingredients and materials for your base, you’ll soon realize that the other drivers in Hyland Point can be quite reckless.
If you don’t move aside, they’ll bump into you, tailgate if you dare to park anywhere on the street, and aren’t shy about scraping against your vehicle. There’s a chance that, in their chaotic driving, your car might end up in a location that’s less than ideal. Or perhaps that twist of fate happened while you were on the run from the police. Before you rush out to buy a new car, remember that there’s a way to get help for your damaged vehicle.
Schedule 1 is currently in Early Access on Steam, so this information may change in the future.
How to Recover a Stuck Vehicle
If you get hit hard by an NPC vehicle, like a police cruiser, or collide with another vehicle at high speed, your car can flip over and might get stuck in an inconvenient spot. There are areas around Hyland Point where your vehicle can easily get trapped, such as the Skatepark by Taco Ticklers, the Parking Garage across from the Motel, and various wharfs located on the western or northern edges of the city.
If your car is flipped in the street, you might get lucky and have an NPC collide with it to flip it back over. However, this isn’t something you can count on since they usually stop and refrain from passing.
If you find yourself in this predicament, make your way over to the Auto Shop situated at the southern edge of Hyland Point, not far from your original RV location, the southern Gas Mart, and Hyland Auto, where vehicles are sold.
Once inside, talk to Marco, who can be found by the computer system from 6 AM to 6 PM. Choose the second option and let him know you have a stuck vehicle.
You can even use the stuck vehicle option when your vehicle isn’t really stuck. This allows you to teleport your vehicle to the Auto Shop to avoid police interactions after curfew or simply save some time.
Marco will arrange for your vehicle to be brought to the Auto Shop, no matter where it was stuck, and he provides this service free of charge!
