Ubisoft confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available for high-end iPhone and iPad devices starting June 6.
The French publisher has said in a blog post that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available on the App Store on June 6, four days sooner than the listing says.
Ubisoft’s article also indicates which iOS devices will be able to run this magnificent action adventure. As predicted, it will include the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, as well as any iPad Air or iPad Pro with an M1 processor or later.

- iPad Pro M1 or later.
The publisher also promises “an intuitive, comfortable, and engaging gaming experience with optimized touch controls and controller support”. There will also be cross-save functionality, allowing you to travel between iOS devices.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the final of four big console games launched on iOS around the time the iPhone 15 was released in September. Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil 4 were released shortly after the hardware event, followed by Death Stranding in February.
While the fact that all three of these recent games operate on mobile devices is noteworthy, none of them have fared particularly well. It’ll be fascinating to see whether Ubisoft can improve things further, especially since it’s the most recent release, hitting console and PC in October.
It could be a good fit for the platform. We reviewed Assassin’s Creed Mirage at the time and described it as “a condensed and reined-in version of the series’ modern RPG model, with a smidgeon of extra stealth-flavored focus sprinkled on top.”
If you’re looking to convert a current AC game to mobile, this may be it.
