A Guide to Finding Every Lost Petal Poster in Love and Deepspace

With the recent reveal of updates to the character branches and new main story events and banners in Love And Deepspace, it’s been a while since we’ve had a photoshoot event featuring any of the guys. As the season comes to a close and we recover from the latest banners, Lost Petals offers a refreshing break.

Lost Petals is a photoshoot event where you’ll create dynamic Snapshot and Glint Photobooth photoshoots to develop promotional posters for OTTO-PHO and Twinkle Studios. Throughout the event, you will use the poses, backgrounds, and photo items you collect daily to complete each day’s poster prompt.

Lost Petals Photoshoots

During Love and Deepspace’s outstanding first year, OTTO-PHO has invited the MC to participate in numerous photshoot events, ranging from Zayne’s cute Cuteness Crush shoot to Sylus’s Waking Reverie event, and many more.

This time, OTTO-PHO has teamed up with you and Xavier for a garden-themed couples photoshoot. As always, you’ll be designing promotional posters for Twinkle Studios based on the daily prompts provided by OTTO-PHO.

The event spans ten days with a total of seven posters to complete, each unlocked on a different day. Although the event lasts for ten days, all players will have access to every poster by the seventh day.

As you complete posters and reach rating milestones, you’ll earn special event rewards and advance through event story stages.

How To Complete Photoshoots

Each day, once you log into the event screen, OTTO-PHO will give you a new poster prompt. Each poster has a unique prompt.

Select the poster you want to work on to enter the photoshoot menu. The prompt from OTTO-PHO will be displayed at the top of the photoshoot screen.

Some photoshoots will be Snapshots, while others will use Glint Photobooth. For Snapshots, you need to take four photos but only select one for your final poster. In a Glint Photobooth shoot, you can take more than four photos but still can only choose one as the final poster. After selecting a photo, you will receive a star rating out of three stars based on how well you met the prompt.

Your aim is to earn three stars for each poster, but you’ll only need 16 stars total to achieve all event rewards.

You can reprint your photoshoots whenever you want, but there’s a daily limit of 20 prints for all event posters combined. This means you only have twenty print attempts per day, not per individual poster.

How To Complete Every Lost Petals Poster Photoshoot

Since each poster has a different prompt, you can’t use the same pose or items for every poster and expect to earn three stars on all of them.

Experimenting with different items and compositions is key, but if you need assistance, we’ve put together lists of all the items that helped us achieve three-star ratings.

Poster One

The prompt for the first poster reads: ‘Add pink elements into the frame and capture sweet moments with him amid a sea of flowers.’ This shoot is a Snapshot photoshoot.

Fortunately, this prompt is fairly straightforward. To earn higher star ratings, be sure to include more pink elements, whether they be outfits, items, backgrounds, or even stickers in your final poster.

Here’s a list of items and elements we used to achieve three stars on our poster:

• Any pink background works great for this, but the Cherry Blossom Trail background fits the theme best.
• Xavier: Starry Day – Xavier’s daily outfit.
• Starry Dream – Player outfit.
• Dreamy Pink Bow – Purchased in the Lunar Exchange shop for 20 Lunar Crystals. Usable by both Xavier and the player character.
• Cute Glasses – Adorable pink heart-shaped glasses usable by both the player and Xavier.
• Lush Flutter – Dangling earrings obtained as a reward for Find Tobias, reward level 5.
• Xavier: Standard Heart To Heart – A Xavier-specific duo pose earned after reaching Affinity level 39 with him.

Poster Two

The prompt for the second poster is: ‘To capture the moment as you wait for the blossoms, a photoshoot is a perfect choice!’ This is another Snapshot photoshoot.

This prompt is somewhat vague and doesn’t provide many hints about what to include in your photos, but we found that sticking to the pink floral theme was successful.

Here are the items we used to earn three stars on our second poster photoshoot:

• Background: Cherry Blossom Trail – An achievement reward for completing photoshoot achievements.
• Xavier: Knit Sweater – Xavier’s casual outfit.
• Player: Dark Sugary Impressions – Reward for completing Main Story [Under Deepspace] 4-1 Family.
• Glistening Tears – Facial accessory earned as a pull reward from the Silver Polyphony event pool.
• Dreamy Pink Bow – Available in the Lunar Exchange shop for 20 Lunar Crystals. Usable for both Xavier and the player character.
• Pearl Earrings – Player earrings earned as a reward from Find Tobias Reward Level 5.

Poster Three

The prompt for the third poster is: ‘Bring along flowers for a photoshoot and capture those beautiful moments with him.’

This photoshoot is a Glint Photobooth shoot. Unfortunately, Glint Photobooth does not feature the same cherry blossom background available in the Snapshot. Therefore, you’ll need to think creatively.

Success was found by including pink elements and flower-themed accessories, like floral glasses and headpieces that incorporate flowers.

Here’s a list of items and elements we used to earn three stars on our third poster:

• Xavier: Starry Day – Xavier’s daily outfit.
• White and Blue – Player dress and overalls, earned by completing the Hunter Onboarding event.
• Dreamy Pink Bow – Available for purchase in the Lunar Exchange shop for 20 Lunar Crystals. Usable by both Xavier and the player character.
• Special Rewards – Red flower-shaped sunglasses.
• Pearl Earrings – Player earrings earned as a reward from Find Tobias Reward Level 5.
• Floral News – Player headband purchasable in the ACC Exchange or earned in the Mountain Journey and Wander In Wonder events.
• Background: Light Brown – A light brown background. Given the limited background options in Glint Photobooth, it remains uncertain how background choices affect your score here.
• Xavier: On The Job – Special Xavier pose acquired upon reaching Affinity level 48 with him.

Keep in mind, if you are struggling with posters or lack elements suitable for the prompt, you can always increase scores by adding stickers to the final poster.

Current And Upcoming Events

During the Lost Petals event, several other events are also taking place.

Heartfelt Gift is a login event from 5:00 PM on December 18, 2024, to 4:59 PM on January 01, 2025. On the seventh login day, you’ll receive the five-star memory, Zayne: Engraved Affection, for free. You could earn lots of Diamonds and other rewards throughout this event.

The limited-time event, Wish Pool: Silvery Polyphony, is available from 5:00 PM on December 18, 2024, to 4:59 PM on December 27, 2024. During this time, use Deepspace Wish: Limited to get a better chance to pull the five-star memory, Xavier: Silvery Polyphony.

Additionally, a passive event will also be active during the Lost Petals time frame. From 5:00 PM on December 16 to 4:59 PM on December 22, 2024, the passive event Hunting Season will provide a double drop rate for the first ten Core Hunt stages you complete.
