Yasir Hussain Addresses Shafqat Cheema’s Health Rumors
LAHORE – Pakistani actor and television host Yasir Hussain has dismissed media reports suggesting that veteran film star Shafqat Cheema is in a coma following a brain hemorrhage.
Just a day prior, news surfaced that the well-known Punjabi film actor had been taken to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) due to a serious health issue. Reports indicated that the 62-year-old actor had fallen unconscious because of a blood clot in his brain.
Shafqat Cheema, celebrated for his memorable villainous roles in Punjabi cinema, has been struggling with health problems and is currently hospitalized in Lahore.
In response to the rumors, Yasir Hussain took to Instagram to clarify the situation, stating, "He is not in a coma. I just talked to his son Shehryar. May Allah grant Shafqat Sahab good health. Amen."
Meanwhile, numerous fans and fellow celebrities have sent their wishes for the quick recovery of the beloved actor.
