Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently shared glimpses of her Karwa Chauth festivities with husband Nick Jonas on social media. Embracing her Bollywood flair, the talented actress celebrated the festival in London, donning a maroon tracksuit complemented by a vibrant red dupatta.

In a series of photos posted on her Instagram, Priyanka expressed her joy, saying, “Happy Karwa Chauth to everyone celebrating… and yes, I’m definitely feeling the filmy vibes.” One of the images shows Nick holding a glass while Priyanka takes a sip of water. Another heartwarming moment captured the couple on a video call with Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, as she held a pooja thaali. A smiling Priyanka was also seen reading a note that had Nick’s name inscribed on it.

The last photo showcased Priyanka’s mehndi, adorned with Nick’s birthday and the number ‘3,’ accompanied by a heart motif. The selfie included Nick as well. To set the mood, Priyanka chose the timeless song “Chand Chupa Badal Mein” from the 1999 film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ as the backdrop for her celebration.

For the occasion, Priyanka accessorized her attire with traditional jewelry, including earrings, bangles, and sindoor.

Priyanka and Nick exchanged vows in both Christian and Hindu ceremonies at the stunning Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur on December 1 and 2, 2018. In January 2022, they joyfully announced the arrival of their daughter, Malti Marie, through surrogacy.

Recently, the ‘Barfi’ actress returned to London after a short visit to India, where she participated in several events, including a special screening of her co-produced film ‘Paani.’

On the work front, Priyanka is currently engaged in filming ‘Citadel Season 2.’ She also stars in ‘Heads of State’ alongside John Cena and Idris Elba. Moreover, Priyanka is set to lead the film ‘The Bluff,’ directed by Frank E. Flowers, where she plays a former female pirate in the 19th-century Caribbean.
