As you move forward in the game, you’ll encounter numerous characters from different anime, including the likes of Yugi, Jaden, and Yusei. To unlock them and gather their related cards, you’ll need to complete a series of specific tasks.

How to Unlock Every GX Character in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links

To unlock the GX characters, you should activate the Unlock missions, which become available after you achieve specific milestones in the game’s main story. Completing these missions is necessary to acquire the characters.

Summon Cyber End Dragon once while playing as Zane Truesdale against Jesse Anderson at level 30. Do two Fusion Summons in one Duel against Yubel at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki. Summon Elemental HERO Neos three times in a Duel against Yubel at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki.
Supreme King Jaden	Reach Stage 10 (GX) Duel World.	Win by reducing your opponent’s LP to 0 using Volcanic Doomfire in a Duel against Supreme King Jaden while playing as Axel Brodie. Win once with 1000 or fewer LP remaining against Supreme King Jaden while playing as Axel Brodie. Inflict 1500 or more damage in one Duel against Supreme King Jaden. Win three times using only Dark Monster Cards while playing as Jaden Yuki. Win three times using only Fiend-Type Monster Cards while playing as Jaden Yuki.
Zane Truesdale	Reach Stage 6 (GX) Duel World.	Perform three Fusion Summons in Duels against Zane Truesdale. Win a Duel during your opponent’s turn against Zane Truesdale at level 30 while playing as Aster Phoenix. Inflict 3,000 or more damage with a single attack in a Duel against Zane Truesdale at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki. Summon Pair Cycroid in a Duel against Zane Truesdale while playing as Syrus Truesdale. Summon Rainbow Dragon in a Duel against Zane Truesdale while playing as Jesse Anderson.
Syrus Truesdale	Reach Stage 6 (GX) Duel World.	Summon Elemental HERO Thunder Giant while playing as Jaden Yuki, in a Duel against Syrus Truesdale at level 30. Win against Syrus Truesdale at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki. Achieve one Comeback Victory in Duels against Paradox Brothers at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki. Use a Spell/Trap Card three times in one Duel while playing as Jaden Yuki. Win three times using only Machine-Type Monster Cards in Duel World (GX) Duels.
Alexis Rhodes	Reach Stage 11 (GX) Duel World.	Perform three Ritual Summons. Win a Duel against Alexis Rhodes at Level 20 in Duel World. Collect five Water Attribute Cards.
Aster Phoenix	Summon Dark attribute Monsters 200 times.	Perform two Fusion Summons in one Duel. Win three times without using any Monster Cards of level five or higher. Win a Duel against Aster Phoenix at Level 30 in Duel World.
Axel Brodie	Reach Stage 6 (GX) Duel World.	Win once with 1000 or fewer LP against Axel while playing as Jaden Yuki. Summon Warrior-Type Monsters five times against Axel while playing as Jaden Yuki. Perform two Fusion Summons in one Duel against Axel while playing as Jaden Yuki. Inflict 3,000 or more points of effect damage in a Duel against Axel. Collect three Fire Attribute Cards.
Chazz Princeton	Reach Stage 6 (GX) Duel World.	Achieve a Comeback Victory against Chazz Princeton while playing as Jaden Yuki. Summon Thunder-Type Monsters three times. Use Trap Cards five times.
Bastion Misawa	Achieve 50 wins with 3 or fewer Cards left in your Deck.	Win using only Water Monster Cards. Win using only Fire Monster Cards. Win using only Earth Monster Cards. Win using only Wind Monster Cards. Win a Duel against Bastion Misawa at Level 30 in Duel World.
Blair Flannigan	Reach Stage 6 (GX) Duel World.	Win a Duel within six turns against Blair Flannigan at level 30 while playing as Jaden Yuki. Reduce your opponent’s LP to 0 by inflicting battle damage with Elemental HERO Flame Wingman. Win a Duel against Blair Flannigan with Ojama Yellow in your Deck, while playing as Chazz Princeton. Win a Duel against Blair Flannigan at level 30 while playing as Alexis Rhodes.
