DUBAI: The Dubai government hosted a grand ‘Eid Milan’ event to honor the invaluable contributions of workers in the emirate.
Over 20,000 workers took part in the two-day Eid festivities held in Al Awir, Dubai, enjoying a wide array of entertainment activities, musical performances, and cultural programs.

During the festivities, attendees received special Eid gifts, which included cars, gold bars, and airline tickets, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.
High-ranking officials from Dubai’s immigration department, including the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), joined the workers to commemorate the special occasion.

Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor and Colonel Omar Matar Al Mazaina, the assistant director of the Work Regulation Sector in Dubai, expressed their appreciation for the dedicated workers who play a crucial role in the development of the emirate.
They acknowledged the labor force as essential stakeholders in Dubai’s progress, highlighting their tireless contributions to the community.
