Mastering Planet Coaster 2: Complete All Parks and Restoration Goals

In Planet Coaster 2, your main focus will be on creating exciting rides to delight your visitors and providing tasty food and drink selections. As you move forward in the campaign, you’ll encounter various challenges. Your initial mission will be to bring an old theme park back to life.

To successfully restore the park, there are four sets of tasks that you need to accomplish, and we’ll guide you through each one to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s how to make the most of the neglected attractions in Planet Coaster 2 to attract new visitors!

Bronze Objectives

At the beginning, you’ll need to set up some basic rides before diving into the larger roller coasters. Additionally, you must provide essential amenities, like a food stall, and hire your initial staff.

Follow these steps to fulfill the bronze objectives for this park:

Build A Food Stall

Go to the facilities section and look for a stall marked with a burger icon. Choose any food stall and place it within your park. Don’t forget to connect it to a pathway so your guests can easily access it and grab some snacks.

Each food stall offers a variety of items, and guests have diverse dietary preferences. For a complete list of available shops, refer to our guide here!

Once the stall is set up, be sure to open it for business! You can always decorate it to fit the park’s theme later, so focus on the next task for now.

Hire A Janitor And Mechanic

Now that guests have food options, your next move is to bring in some staff. Specifically, you’ll need to hire a janitor to maintain cleanliness and a mechanic to oversee the rides.

Head to the staff section, then select and place a janitor in your park. Do the same for a mechanic. While you can hire as many as you want, only one of each is needed to complete this objective.

Complete And Open The Gomkuva Ride

Your next objective is to repair the first coaster in the park. The Gomkuva ride is located on the lower level at the far end of the area, and you’ll see that some sections of the track are damaged.

You can fix the coaster in any way you see fit as long as it’s functional.

The easiest way to repair the coaster is to use the autocomplete feature for the track sections!

Once the coaster is functional, ensure it’s powered up! You’ll need to set up a power generator and distributor so that there’s enough energy reaching the coaster.

Open Two Flat Rides

The last task for the bronze badge is to create and open two flat rides. You can either choose from the existing flat rides or design your own. The teacup ride and a swinging ride are great options since they attract larger crowds.

Position the rides anywhere in your park, power them up, and open the rides for your visitors to enjoy. Completing this will earn you the bronze badge and set you on the path to earning silver!

Silver Objectives

After proving your ability to get the old park running again, it’s time to focus on improving it. To earn the silver badge, you’ll need to keep expanding the park, restore additional old coasters, and build new attractions for your visitors!

Open A Third Flat Ride

Your first job is to introduce a third flat ride. While you can duplicate a previous ride, it’s more beneficial to choose a new type of flat ride. This will also serve you well if you aim for the platinum badge later.

Make sure to provide enough power for the ride, then construct queue and exit paths to conveniently guide park guests to and from the attraction.

This might be a good moment to hire additional mechanics and ride attendants to keep everything running smoothly!

Complete Vereenti Donc

The next coaster to restore is the blue one situated in the center of the pond. This ride may be a bit trickier to fix, but using the autocomplete function will make it easier.

Make sure to connect all the track segments and test the ride for any gaps. Once you confirm it’s safe, start welcoming guests to enjoy the ride!

If you haven’t set up a second power generator yet, this is a great time to add a couple more!

Build And Open A New Coaster

Now, you’ll have the chance to create your own coaster. There are no limitations on your design, so feel free to get creative! Alternatively, you can buy a premade coaster if the space allows.

If you’re in a hurry, consider building a simple coaster with a single drop that loops around. Though guests can be picky, they usually enjoy straightforward rides.

Once you open your custom ride, you’ll achieve the silver badge, indicating that you’ve reached the halfway mark in the restoration efforts!

Gold Objectives

For the gold objectives, you’ll need to demonstrate your commitment to enhancing the park. You’ve already opened several rides, but there’s still much more you can do to make those ancient coasters shine!

Have Five Flat Rides

You should already have three flat rides open. Now, add two more anywhere in your park—it’s fine if they are duplicates! Connect paths to the entrances and exits, power up the rides, and open them to visitors.

While it’s not mandatory, adding some scenery around the rides can enhance their attractiveness. This will also benefit you in future objectives.

Remember, you can adjust the ticket prices for your rides to attract more guests!

Complete Drewst Roda

Next up is the restoration of the third coaster. This one will have even more sections missing, and you’ll need to construct some parts from scratch.

This wooden coaster features numerous twists and turns, so feel free to rearrange the existing pieces until everything fits together seamlessly. After some adjustments, test the ride to ensure there are no breaks in the track.

Add another power generator or two within range to guarantee uninterrupted operation! Once the ride is ready, open it up and let guests give you their valuable insights.

Complete And Open A New Coaster

You’ll have another chance to build a unique coaster. Select your design and choose a suitable spot in your park to start constructing. There are no restrictions, so go wild with your creativity!

Make sure to watch the ride rating to ensure it’s not too scary or exciting; otherwise, guests might not want to try it, wasting your efforts.

Run An Advertisement

The final gold objective is to launch an advertisement. This particular campaign requires you to have multiple shops in the same scenery group before you can run the Retail Ravers ad.

Set up a spot within the park to cluster these shops, ensuring they are close enough together to be recognized as a single group. When you’re ready, head to the guests tab, check out the advertisements section, and initiate the Retail Ravers ad campaign.

Completing all these tasks will earn you the silver badge, bringing you closer to fully restoring the park!

Platinum Objectives

The final phase of this scenario involves completely restoring the fourth coaster and boosting the park’s overall rating. Your focus now should be on enhancing the scenery and guest experiences to help the park flourish.

Complete Glenk Rokkota

Restoring the last coaster will be the most labor-intensive task compared to the previous coasters. A significant portion of the ride is broken, and you’ll need to experiment with how the track pieces fit together.

While autocomplete will assist you, you can freely modify the coaster to achieve your vision. Once it’s fully assembled, test it and open it to the public!

Increase Guest Happiness

The next step involves boosting guest happiness. Aim to have at least 3,000 guests enjoying the park with an overall happiness rating of 80 percent. You can assess guests’ feelings by reviewing their individual feedback or by looking at the guests tab.

This tab will help you identify areas in need of improvement. Feel free to take immediate action whether it’s to eliminate litter or provide more bathrooms to enhance their experience.

Keep in mind that changes will not show results right away; it may take a few in-game hours to see visible improvements.

Increase Daily Income

Next, you’ll need to boost your daily income to over $200,000. A simple way to do this is to raise prices on your most popular rides while also introducing more food, drink, and merchandise shops.

If you want to increase profits, consider building a pool and a few water rides to encourage guests to buy a water park pass from guest services.

Additionally, you can add premiere pass lanes to your busiest rides to create extra revenue. It will require some time, but with a mix of rides, stores, and satisfied guests, reaching this goal is achievable.

Increase Park Rating

Your last objective is to raise your park rating to four and a half stars. You can monitor your rating from the menu to see which aspects are holding you back.

Having a broad range of rides is key. From coasters to flat rides and water attractions, providing plenty of options will significantly enhance your park’s appeal. Be sure to add ample scenery and promote your attractions through ads to attract more visitors and ensure they have a great time.

Patience is required, but with some effort, you can improve your park rating within just a few in-game days to complete the objective and earn your platinum badge!
