How to Schedule Staff

Each employee in your park adheres to a schedule, which you can modify manually to maximize efficiency. The work hours span from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and you can fine-tune their duties hourly.

Tasks include assigning them to specific rides and areas or permitting break times.

Creating designated staff zones helps maintain order and theme consistency. For example, if you want to keep performers out of the water park section, you can assign them to other areas.

To view schedules, click on the staff tab, then select the staff schedule. You’ll see each employee’s availability along with their planned breaks. You can extend their shifts or specify tasks as needed. For instance, you might designate one janitor to handle litter while another focuses solely on bathroom maintenance.

However, be cautious with scheduling adjustments. Denying breaks or overloading employees with unpleasant tasks could lead to adverse effects.

How to Raise Staff Morale

Staff morale hinges on many factors, including compensation and work conditions. Providing adequate breaks and keeping the staff adequately sized will help maintain high morale.

If your employees are overwhelmed and hiring more isn’t an option, you can boost the pay of current staff to help relieve stress.

You can track morale in the staff section of the park management menu. A brighter, happier face indicates high morale. Keep an eye on employees showing signs of distress and address their concerns quickly.

If morale drops too low, employees may quit unexpectedly!

To enhance morale, offer more frequent breaks and nearby staff facilities. This helps them enjoy downtime frequently, allowing for better rest while the park remains operational. With a diverse team, from vibrant entertainers to crucial maintenance workers, ensure you treat them well to keep the park running smoothly!
