Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch 2021 is an upcoming console to battle with the Next-Gen consoles by Microsoft and Sony. We will talk about its price, release date, review, design and features.
According to the gaming market, the Nintendo Switch is still a strong contender even though it’s over four years old. But not for long, because the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 make even switch fans yearn for an upgrade. Usually, Nintendo is big on console upgrades. Still, finally, the production for Nintendo switch 2 may start in July and launch in September.
Nintendo switch XL?
However, according to the inside sources, it is not called Nintendo switch 2. Instead, they call it the Nintendo switch XL considering the Nintendo history. It is expected that the Nintendo console will be upgraded to a 7 inch OLED screen from Samsung. Still, the resolution of its display may not change frequently. The console will have a faster NVIDIA chip that can output 4K but only when connected to a TV or docked.
Switch 2 is expected to be released in September. Still, the assembly is about to start in July till October. Before June 12th, Nintendo may also announce the gaming handheld ahead of its E3 conference.
Even though the world is currently dealing with a semiconductor shortage but still these are generous estimates. But still, suppliers are confident that they will fulfil the needs of Nintendo because the compartments of the switch are not in high demand compared to Xbox One X and PS5. Nintendo stated that they were having difficulty supplying the demands of the recent generation for switches console because the chips for display controllers and Bluetooth are already less in supply.

Is it worth it?
It really depends; after seeing the specification and other things, this doesn’t make much of a difference if we compare it with the recent version of the Nintendo Switch. If you have the “lite” version, then this console would be good. But if you’re already using the Pro version of the console, then this might not be good for you.
